Clearswift update

In my post yesterday (see Clearswift changes hands) I referred to its company accounts showing a near-£2m net loss, as indeed was the case for Clearswift Ltd. However, I was subsequently informed that its holding company, Clearswift Systems Ltd, reported a net profit of £34.6m on revenues of £19.2m (+2% on continuing operations), which included £34.5m in interest (and similar) income. Clearswift Systems Ltd recorded a £65k operating loss in FY11 vs a £481k operating loss on continuing operations in FY10. I am delighted to be able to set the record straight.
