According to latest data from Regent Partners, the number of European technology M&A deals announced in November was 20% lower than in October. The value of deals also continued on a downward trend. Regent attributed the fall to heightened concern about the European economic situation during the month and its possible impact on the global economy. Despite this, valuation multiples remained stable, somewhat stemming the fall seen in recent months (see European tech valuations down again).
