Xerox is now retiring the Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) brand (see Xerox drops ACS brand, lowers 2012 guidance) three years since taking over the company for $6.4bn (see here). In an investor conference call, chairman and CEO Ursula Burns said this was to move Xerox forwards on its ‘one Xerox’ strategy.
