Just as we had mooted yesterday (see New head at Capita IT Services), we can now confirm that Mark Quartermaine has joined UK BPO leader, Capita, as MD of its IT services business. He reports to Mark Wyllie, Capita executive director of IT and consulting.
We’d estimate that Quartermaine’s new domain now generates some £600-700m in revenues, making Capita a ranking IT service player in its own right. We’ll be meeting Quartermaine soon - there is just so much we want to discuss.
