IBM’s voracious appetite for analytics acquisitions shows no signs of abating. After having gobbled up US-based information and optimisation company Vivisimo last week (see IBM’s Vivisimo buy adds to big data analytics portfolio), IBM has just acquired California-based customer experience analytics software firm Tealeaf Technology. Terms were not disclosed. Tealeaf operates mainly in the financial services, travel, retail and communications services sectors.
