Education software and services provider RM has now completed its planned disposals following the sale of ISIS Concepts Limited (ISIS) to its founder and MD Nick Topliss. RM will receive £205k from the sale of the business, and provide a short term loan of £850k. RM’s former MD Rob Sirs is also expected to invest in ISIS (see Even more changes at the top for RM).
We have written extensively on RM’s woes since the demise of the Building Schools for the Future programme (see here and work back). But the good news is that the strategic review instigated last September by exec chairman Martyn Ratcliffe, has got RM on to a more stable footing in 2012 (see RM on course as it starts 2012).
