In a sparsely worded release just issued, Logica has announced what appears to be a proposed joint venture with Tapiola Data, the (assumed) IT arm of Finnish financial services business, Tapiola Group. Negotiations start on Friday with a view to having the JV up and running in October. We’ll have to wait and see on the detail.
