Dutch Imtech buys Brit Capula

Though somewhat on the boundaries of ‘our space’, Gouda-based technical services firm, Royal Imtech, has just acquired Staffordshire-based automation and real-time control systems player, Capula. Corporate finance firm Clearwater advised Imtech on the purchase. Precise terms were not disclosed, though Imtech says it paid around 5x EBITA in cash for Capula, which turns over around £40m.
