As presaged last month (see WANdisco to dance to the beat of AIM’s drum), Sheffield/Silicon Valley-based WANdisco (Wide Area Network Distributed Computing), the self-styled ‘leading provider of global collaboration software’, launched on AIM at a listing price of 180p a share, valuing the company at £37m. The share placing raised £15m gross. Let’s hope they can keep in step with the rhythm of the market.
