Logica and CGI scheme the scheme to dream the dream

The machinery rolls along and the dates have been set for the proposed acquisition of Logica by CGI. The various regulatory meetings and hearings to approve the Scheme of Arrangement are scheduled for 16th July and the deal should be complete on 20th August.  I have said all I really want to say about this misguided acqusition in CGI/Logica - Can We Deliver and Be Brilliant Together?. There’s still a chance for sanity to prevail – but whatever, Logica will emerge as a completely different company.
