DillistoneAIM-listed recruitment software company Dillistone Group has reported revenue for the full year ended 31 December of £4.3m (up 16%), and pre-tax profits up 9% to £1.2m (margin 28% vs. 30% the previous year). The really good news is that Dillistone has managed to retain margins while investing £600k in the development and launch of its next generation FileFinder 10 product, which went live on 31 March 2011. Dillistone has spent a total of £1m on this upgrade since 2008. Dillistone’s software focuses on the executive recruitment market, and it says business has started well in 2011 with a strong order book, and trading will be broadly in line with H110, when revenue was up 8% and operating profits up 10%. Nonetheless, it plans to cautiously roll out Filefinder 10 over the next few months.
