Frankfurt-based SAP consultancy itelligence has acquired London-based SAP Business Objects consultancy, Blueprint Management Systems. Terms were not disclosed, but Blueprint recorded revenues of just under £9m last year. Blueprint will become part of itelligence’s UK operation based in Ascot, which will now turn over some £40m p.a. Corporate finance firm Goldenhill acted for Blueprint.
itelligence was acquired by NTT Data early in 2008 and at the time had revenues of €164m. With the help of other acquisitions, itelligence reported revenues of €193m in H1 2012. itelligence is part of a growing stable of NTT Data’s IT services firms, sitting alongside Keane and Cirquent, amongst others (see NTT Data shows its true colours in Europe). The plan is to merge the various European IT services businesses under the NTT Data brand, but I have to say that it all still looks very siloed to me!
