CGI has confirmed that, pending the proverbial unforeseen circumstances, Logica will join the ranks of the ‘Dearly Departed’, exiting the London Stock Exchange on Friday 24th August (see CGI/Logica deal all but done and dusted).
This rather begs the question as to who will be around on Wednesday 22nd to open the shutters at Kings Place, given that all of Logica's executive (and non-exec) directors will stand down on Tuesday 21st. Rumours abound - none particularly encouraging. But surely CGI needs to go public on the new Logica top team soon, at least to steady the nerves (well, mine, anyway).
