DCC SerCom, the IT distributor group of companies that operates as part of Dublin-based diversified support services firm, DCC, has sold its Altimate business to US-based electronics giant Arrow, for an enterprise value of €48m. Altimate is a European distributor of ‘value-added Enterprise IT solutions’, and has revenues of €257m. European tech M&A specialist Regent Partners (International) acted for DCC. I have to admit that the ‘distie’ world is a bit of a mystery to me, but I guess this all makes sense to those involved.
