ACS strengthens its Board

Advanced Computer Software has strengthened its board to reflect its growth ambitions. Paul Gibson, COO, becomes an executive director and there are two new non-execs, Mike McGoun and Guy Millward. Mike is also non-exec Chairman of Tikit Group and on the Board of Instem and Peakdale Molecular. Guy is CFO of BigHand, the private equity owned digital dictation workflow software provider, having previously spent time at Alterian, Morse and Kewill. These additions strengthen and broaden ACS’s board as the group aims for continued growth both organically and, no doubt, via further acquisitions.
