In light of the warning issued by Phoenix in February (Phoenix warns on lower EBITDA), we wanted to hear more from Executive Chairman, Peter Bertram, on what is going on behind the scenes. Readers will be aware that it has been a tough time for the firm. Not only has it warned on its full-year profit performance, but it also found accounting irregularities with Servo, a core part of Phoenix’s mid-market business (Phoenix uncovers accounting hole at Servo) and lost its CEO (Courtley (and Deloitte) exit Phoenix) in the recent past.
