BT Global Services: More profit in the pipeline?

Further to the release of BT’s FY12/13 results on May 10th (see BT GS finally creeps over the FY profit line), we have been given a little more information on how BT Global Services has performed and what the current year holds. The big news was that Global Services achieved its first full year operating profit in five years. While £3m profit on turnover of £7.2bn represents a very small margin, it is nonetheless a milestone.
