The end of the beginning is nigh for 'Mahindra IT'

Clik here to view.It looks like the tortuous and protracted process that will see step-siblings Mahindra Satyam and Tech Mahindra complete their merger is finally reaching its conclusion (see 'Mahindra IT' – one company several brands). The deal has now been approved by the Andra Pradesh state High Court; management will be formally launching the new brand 'shortly'. Four years is a long time in, well, life!
