We recently caught up with Mark Starkey, UK MD of reseller and services player, Logicalis (see New UK MD at Logicalis named). One of the central pillars of Starkey’s strategy is the growth of a “high quality” IT services revenue stream that ultimately accounts for 40% of total revenues. High quality turnover, in Starkey’s view, is higher margin annuity revenues. In other words, the intention is not to grow the proportion of IT services revenue just for the sake of it.
