Can I make it clear that Stephen Vaughan (who many readers will know from his days at EDS, Synstar and Communisis) was only appointed as Chairman of Charteris in July 13. At that point the share price was c1p. The deal with Sword Group (see Charteris falls on it Sword) was at 4.5p – so a pretty good result for Vaughan in such a short time.
