Privately-held UK-based consumer data services company Callcredit Information Group has acquired London-based information management consultancy Coactiva. Terms were not disclosed. Callcredit turned over £114m in 2012.
Coactiva was among the first twelve companies to participate in the TechMarketView Little British Battler programme at the beginning of 2012. When we caught up with them again at the end of that year they were growing fast (see Little British Battler Update: Coactiva Aspiren) despite the many challenges of selling into the UK public sector market.
