Ubisense to be first ‘real’ UK SITS IPO for over a year

Clik here to view.Cambridge-based real-time software company, Ubisense, is to float on AIM, raising £6m along the way. Ubisense turned over £18m in 2010 with £6m gross profit. We’ll have to wait to see the prospectus to get the detail, though. Ubisense would be the first ‘real’ IPO (rather than a rehash jobbie) of a UK software and IT services company since EMIS back in March last year. How nice to see a 'joiner', with so many others (like Innovise) joining the ‘Dearly Departed’!
