Corero’s ‘orphan’ leads H1 sales

Despite being left all but orphaned, order intake at the legacy education and ‘other’ activities of the newly rebranded Corero Network Security (see Corero to do what it says on the tin) outpaced those of the new core business in H1. Corero Business Systems - the legacy bit - saw orders rise by nearly 70% yoy to £2.5m, whereas orders at the erstwhile Top Layer Networks (now the core business – see Corero finds a new Top Layer) remained static at £3m. Can’t help thinking they might be backing the wrong horse!
