Further to our 7th July 11 report DigiPos joins Jon Moulton’s stable when Better Capital invested £21m in the company, it came as little surprise to learn today that Fiona Timothy has been appointed as Chair. Afterall, Timothy is already the CEO of Calyx Group of Companies – the first of Better Capital’s investments in the tech sector. We have the very highest regard for Timothy from her work turning around Cedar/COA Solutions and, more personally, for her unstinting support for the Prince’s Trust Technology Leadership Group where she is the current Chair.
In addition Ian Patterson, who has been with DigiPos for 12 years, has been promoted to Group CEO from MD.
