As readers will know Peter Rowell, Chairman of Regent, died in May this year. See – Peter Rowell. Peter was a close business colleague and, above all, a good friend, over several decades.
There will be a Memorial Service for Peter Rowell at the Royal Society (6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5 AG www.royalsociety.org) starting at 15:00 (to 18..00) on Thursday 13 October 2011. This will be a celebration of his life, particularly his professional life and the impact he had on friends, colleagues and acquaintances who worked with him or were influenced by him. We can share our thoughts and express our appreciation for the life and work of Peter, an extraordinary person.

Peter’s family has set up a fund for donations to leukaemia and lymphoma research.
