Most readers will know of my long term involvement with the Prince’s Trust. Indeed, a disproportionate number of our TechMarketView’s own subscribers are also supporters of the Trust. Rather than getting out the ‘begging bowl’ again, there is one way that you can support the Trust that won’t cost you a penny!
Yesterday, Amex launched its Be Inspired campaign. Or to be precise, Kevin Spacey launched the campaign. (See Spacey inspires Tweeters) Basically, all you have to do is write a tweet using #amexbeinspired, or go to their Facebook page, about what inspires you. Mine read “Seeing what the Prince’s Trust can achieve with disadvantaged young people is what inspires me”. Amex will donate 50p for each tweet/Facebook comment and a minimum of £150,000 is pledged. Simples!
