It wasn’t too long ago that I thought that being a millionaire was the pinnacle of wealth achievement. Now that accolade only applies to billionaires.
The same ‘inflation’ applies everywhere. In the last few minutes, UBS has disclosed a rogue trader has lost the bank $2b. One assumes that rogue trades losing the odd million are so common place that they get paid from the petty cash tin.
