Valuation multiples for European tech M&A transactions fell for the second successive month despite an increase in deal flow, according to our good friends at Regent. Median PE ratios dropped to 13.7x and median PSRs fell to 1.02x, for the 245 transactions completed in September.
There’s been quite a lot of M&A activity in the UK software and IT services scene this past quarter (TechMarketView subscription service clients can search on ‘acquisition’ in the UKHotViews archive), which of course we will highlight in the next edition of IndustryViews M&A.
