We’ve been looking through every issue of IndustryViews Quoted Sector since we launched TechMarketView three years ago and can’t find another quarter where the performance of the major tech-related indices has been quite so depressing. With the exception of Mobile Telecom, every other index that we track was down compared to the prior quarter.
