The £1.4bn Friends Life (FL) business process services (BPS) contract is fantastic news for Diligenta, and parent company TCS in the UK (see Diligenta wins £1.4bn BPS deal with Friends Life). We estimate that the deal could add c£90m to TCS’ annual UK revenues, and push it over the £1bn per annum mark in the UK. This will be a major milestone for TCS, and could even nudge the India-based market leader into the UK SITS supplier top ten.
