CEO Ram Cassis now controls over 93% of the shares of Parseq, amalgamation of Intelligent Environments and Documetric, and will delist the company from AIM on 4th January (see Cassis offer for Parseq unconditional – sweeps board). Parseq’s exit will reduce the tally of UK software and IT services companies listed on AIM to 82, with aggregate market cap in the order of £2.5b. The first to go in 2012 – and most certainly not the last!
