Consumer transaction software firm, Clarity Commerce, became the second UK software and IT services player to delist from AIM (see Clarity on Enigmatic bid) as it passes into a better place in the hands of Jon Moulton’s private equity firm, Better Capital. The Archangel Happy Jak is most unlikely to let it ‘rest in peace’!
