Last year I presented the prizes at Wellington School – my old school - and instigated a Holway Prize for the pupil making the greatest contribution to technology at the school. I gave the winner an iPad – somewhat more exciting than the normal book token.
Anyway, the prize was awarded to a very worthy recipient who passed his A levels with flying colours and is now in his first year at Imperial College doing Electrical Engineering. I can see him becoming an ace designer at ARM one day. Anyway, he’s looking for a few months of work experience in the summer and, as I’ve kind of turned into his mentor, I wondered if any readers could help?
