Pakistan business process services firm DGS lists on AIM

To be strictly correct, ‘customer acquisition services’ firm Digital Globe Services (DGS) is headquartered in Colorado, but as 400 of its 430 employees are based in Pakistan I hope you forgive the headline. Why I tell you this is because DGS is to IPO on AIM later this week, after raising £13m in a share placing valuing the company at £47m. Just under 28% of DGS’s shares will be free float. We will have more to say about this interesting development in due course.
